For providing better service to their customers Swissotel Izmir Büyük Efes Hotel chose Gen Technology Solutions Digital Signage system. According to request of the Swissotel Izmir Buyuk Efes Hotel, 41 monitors are placed to lobby, reception and meeting rooms.

Totems, which are shared up to date meeting lists, are conformably with hotel’s interior design. Due to Gen Tecnology Solutions’ cooperation with Micros Fidellio, Swissotel Izmir Büyük Efes Hotel, the informations, which are taken from Opera, are transferred to DS system automatically.

In this way the information flow continuously. With Opera Suite PMS System, meetings which are organised by sales team, automatically featured on monitors at the date of the meeting. Specially designed monitors are coherent with interior design of the Swissotel Izmir Büyük Efes Hotel.
